Eric was amazing. He was not only professional, but personable as well. Knowing that he has pets and how when you are a pet owner that is the same as having children. He handled my pet stains not only professionally, but personally! He was supportive and shared some of his pet stories, which made me feel more comfortable. I have been a pet owner for 30 plus years. My house is extremely clean and so when my 17 year old kid started peeing, missing pee pads, and sleeping in diapers and another children decided to spray, we had a problem.
