Eric was amazing. He was not only professional, but personable as well. Knowing that he has pets and how when you are a pet owner that is the same as having children. He handled my pet stains not only professionally, but personally! He was supportive and shared some of his pet stories, which made me feel more comfortable. I have been a pet owner for 30 plus years. My house is extremely clean and so when my 17 year old kid started peeing, missing pee pads, and sleeping in diapers and another children decided to spray, we had a problem. Eric was awesome! He was kind, respectful, and honest. He worked hard and fast, and was very detailed. The carpets had not been cleaned (only vacuumed) since we moved in over three years ago. They look like new! We have two dogs who shed a lot, and he got up all the hair and dirt. The carpet was matted, and now it's shaggy and clean again. Very impressed! And the house smells great! Before our eyes, our carpets and rugs became freed of their stains and ground in dirt. Colorado Clean Living is organized and professional. They explain as they go (or did since we asked so many questions) and pay close attention to detail.
